its easier for me to write poetry on blather than in my journals because I type so much faster than if i were to hand write crap. but ALSO...for some reason the words and thoughts come to me sooner. It seems to help that i know I will have an audience and I am always dying to impress and vying for attention. So its like I have this goal to just blow everybody away (which will never happen) so I keep workign at it and trying to get better and better. Whereas if its in my journal its all for me, and why would I want to impress myself? who cares? so in the end I have to go through blather and copy all the poems i like that i wrote into a journal. I don't want to just lose them to 'cyberspace' in the future...like ten years from now I can look back in ym journals and see them instead of trying in vain to find the website i mention in my journal occasionally so i can see the poetry i wrote. What bullshit. I have to rewrite it all. which foreces me to actually edit stuff and make it better. ugh.
