was amazing. 16-1700 beautiful multi-colored people.
there was no fighting of any kind, no bickering about the injustice in the world, just people doing the best they can with what they got & who they are so far.
there was a back room of deep healing guided by the 6th reincarnation, za.., a tibetan monk who had done a mass blessing for the event.
kindess in his eyes, kindness in his acts. continuous laughter. continuous laughter.
the psytrance group was there. the VJ's held nothing back. CuddlesWorth was well received. there were harmonious groups playing footbag.
a positive, loving, supportive environment like nothing seen on tv.
there were support groups for people overcoming drug_addiction. one would be hard_pressed to find let's say a bar or a nightclub with that kind of thing.
people of all ages, from kids to people in their 70's.
a lot of acceptance. no drama. no one thinking that they're better than someone because of their possessions or lack thereof or because of their so_called education or_lack_thereof.
it's an interesting and hope_inspiring thing when people are finally ready to be happy and decide they're worth it and deserve to be happy because not only do they themselves become as such but they treat others the same way. there's no more making people feel bad just so it can be communicated how bad they themselves feel. it's not a contest of who has suffered ore because we all know we have all suffered. sometimes you're just ready to heal and it's always just a matter of time until one let's go of hurt.
becoming a genuinely happy person is maturity.
