if you attack someone and they are hurt, they defend, who can say their position was not sacred to them? who can say their standing there was a cynical undertaking when they will not step aside, even when you implore them to? certainly not an enlightened one. the path a lion walks is sacred, the words a fool chooses are sacred. it is only the sacred which is not sacred. you should know this, if you claim to be buddha. |
