I copied this from a grave about two years ago in Fair Oaks. He was visting a friend & crying..A drunk driver killed Nick, he was in highschool then..and they were bestfriends. And I was wandering through the graves. Immortality Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there. I do not sleep... I am a thousand wings that blow I am a diamond glint in the snow I am the sunlight on ripened grain I am the autumn rain... When you awake in the morning hush I am the swift, uplifting Rush Of quiet birds in circling flight I am the soft star shine at night... Do not stand at my grave and cry... I am not there. I did not die Donald L. Hallman March 14, 1934-December 24, 1995 |
