every time i suggest we do ANYTHING all i get to hear is how BORING it is. well, you know what's boring? going out to loud smoky places and paying money to be shoved around and paying even more money for a drink that you only want because you're 21 now, not because you like the taste or need the buzz - THAT's boring. and GOD, that guy you're fucking? the one that you've decided you don't like cause you're also fucking someone else now, but he's just too reliable to give up yet? he's the most boring person i've ever agreed to welcome into my residence. i only tolerate him because i thought you'd found someone safe. but you fucked that up, so now he's just boring. so forgive me for wanting to relax and spend time with you, and for wanting to go somewhere NICE where we're not the most mature people there. and i didn't make plans to go be with who i really wanted to be with because i thought you'd want to do something and you'd be sad if i didn't include you. i'm not sure it matters, i don't think i'm wanted there either. so if i do give in and go with you tonight, or if i fall asleep around 10 pm and wake up in 2005 and am bitter that i missed new year's eve, i'll be miserable either way.
