i dreamed i fell from a great height and did not die, staring up at a morning sky amid a tangle of failed chute and grassy field. (in reality i've never been skydiving, birds_were_made_for___________ ) when i awoke, every bone in my body ached as if it had been broken and every joint had been twisted out of place or the wrong way 'round. It passed once i stepped into the shower, but the first few minuites of my morning were one of those reminders of why i sometimes hate to dream |
