After leaving the womb, how and where would we have opted out of all of the "scientific conveniences" that some folks keep shoving in our faces for lack of any other foot to stand on?
Almost every scientific improvement, has lead to more unintended consequences for humanity and the ecosystem.
Fortunately for us, scientists are willing to continue talking down to their victims, while desperately researching how to fix their fuck ups, so they can keep claiming "intelligent hero" status, before someone figures out that they have no idea where their curiosity and need for recognition are taking us.
Meanwhile, we're all forced into their lab bred, richie fed, carnival ride of delightful horrors..so that some smug Bluetooth disciple can tell us we're hypocrites when we complain. And when we come out soft, weak and dumbed down, having been marinated in pointless convenience for a lifetime, they'll say it was for our own good.
Oh yea, who wouldn't sign up for this?
Just because the pigeons in the park eat the popcorn and drink from the fountain, doesn't mean that they like concrete and skyscrapers.
