Why should my need for reckless amusement be constrained by your pusillanimous pedestrian desires to not to be accidentally ventilated? The world is a risky place anyway, so explicit or implied consent are irrelevant and I should not be burdened with the forfeiture of my ability to discharge projectiles because some mewling babies have some fascistic craving for "safety."
I'm not trying to shoot anyone, per se, so my lack of specifically malicious intent should trump any legalistic concerns and I should only be subject to penalty if I happen to cause any injury or notable property damage, never mind the near absolute likelihood of one or the other caused by my recklessness
Some of you might cite shooting victims as a counter to my assertions, but that's just petty, irrational emotion, my logic is absolute
And now that I've made my trollish remarks, I'm going to indulge in a masturbatory victory lap anytime someone agrees with me
