like
to
make
these
predictions
in
January
,
while
everybody
is
freezing
.
My
reasoning
is
perhaps
unique
.
I
believe
that
the
developing
world
depression
will
so
reduce
the
use
of
fossil fuels
that
it
will
substantially
reduce
the
amount
of
aerosols
and
particulate
matter
in
the
atmosphere
thereby
allowing
more
light
reach
the
surface
of
the
earth
,
thereby
warming
it
more
