i already have, since i love all people, even annoying ones such as him i repent and ask for forgiveness when i err, and if jesus forgives me that is nice of him and i appreciate it, but frankly i'm more concerned with acquiring the forgiveness of those whom i have wronged - a short list; though i am no saint and if i don't earn their forgiveness, i forgive myself, and try and learn anew: is this not more important? "no!" oh, yes it is; don't be petty gods are not petty; except, of course, for the god of pettiness; isn't it somewhat brazen for this jesus figure to claim his forgiveness is the sole route to god and heaven? it is a high horse he rides, but is he too big for his britches? |
