Every one is affended by everything.
Baggy pants, tight shirts, clothing with words that make a statement, girls in pants...yes folks some people still find this REBELLIOUS. short shorts, non name brand, combat boots....

style is almost necessarily concerned with form not substance. the same clothes can mean two very different things. it's an ambiguous symbol at best. there are more direct ways to make your statements. ways not so easily shrugged off or ignored. a garment has rarely shocked one out of complacency. although style can say something about a culture. why is it stranger to see a girl in a one piece suit than a bikini these days for instance. but i have no respect for people who judge a person solely on their style in the sense of how they clothe themselves.
