while it is admittedly tragic that a young woman has gone missing and may well have come to a bad end, it should not be considered national news. CNN has abdicated its responsibility as a purveyor of actual news and has, for the last six months their coverage has been almost exclusively all white lady all the time. with that in mind, i must share with you something i pulled from a political blog stating that since they are rather guilty of it too, CNN should merge with MSNBC and change their name to WWWA or, to quote Cleavon Little's Sheriff Bart from "Blazing Saddles" "Where the white Women At?" meanwhile, i'm still just hoping that i will get to see Nancy Grace's head spontaneously implode onscreen one of these days |
