God created the earth.
god created man.
all evil and death on the face of the earth was caused by man or god.
since man is gods creation, he is resopnsible for all evil, making him the most evil being in existence.
also ponder this: Satan punishes evil. That is all he can do, punish evil, and he is not capable of thinking about doing otherwise. even the most good person on earth must have thought an evil thought once. satan is therefore the most righteous being in existence.
also, i dont worship satan, and i dont beilieve this is true, butits interesting to think about

i believe you said that karl? well, remember waaaaay back when we used to watch dbz? (c'mon, you know that you ALL did lol) remember when the overseer of the earth dude BECAME the overseer of the earth dude? he had to seperate the evil side of him to become pure. in doing that, he created piccolo's dad, just think about it like that. overseer of the earth dude being like God and piccolo's dad being like satan.

The Zoroastrians believe that the devil ("Shaitan") is god's ("Ahura Mazda") shadow-self, so that's not a difficult stretch of the imagination
In my opinion, one need also look no further than the existence of the devil, if one is of a believing nature, to put the lie to the notion that god is entirely good or conversely that he is in anyway perfect, as he either planned for, and as Creator engendered "evil" or he just didn't see it coming

Personally i dont believe in god, or satan etc. but, it could also be argued that evil is the lack of good, like darkness, what is darkness? can we measure it? no, there is now way to measure how dark it is, without using a measure of light. Darkness is just the abscence of light. In the same way, Evil is just the abscence of good
