h It would seem that memories from past_lives are stored in our DNA. Could've_sworn I glimpsed over a headline article recently that said that. But this is something I saw a few years ago when I dreamt I was consciously traveling through the molecules of a rock. It was a level of sleep that seemed orders_of_magnitude deeper than normal. Way past stage 3 and 4. It would seem we normally dream in correspondence to more new DNA but seldom if ever deal with past life DNA. I believe that when we become completely kind, we stop aging. In terms of karma, it is not incurred. 140108

h I believe there is a correspondence to our cells being clean and our intent to help others. In years of reading of life_extension_foundation research and calorie_restriction_society I came across how aging is a matter of cellular debris left in the mitochondria, that this debris makes errors in replicated information. There is that old study of a cell kept alive in a petri_dish for decades showing no signs of aging whatsoever because it was merely kept clean. 140108

s What if in dreams we heal our cells by purifying our intent? Now this makes a lot of sense to me. I have had horrible dreams -I'm sure most of us have- that have left me waking up only to want to be a better person. Very, very deep dreams, it would seem, could correct previous live's selfish choices or visions. 140108

s Melatonin has induced extremely deep dreams in me. I speak of the supplement. It most likely releases a large amount of DMT from my brain. The body tends to maintain ratios. Usually a change in one part of a ratio induces an attempt at least to change another factor as to maintain the balance. 140108

g And this brings me to a concept I suspect in nature, tying together longevity, kindness, happiness, compassion.

It seems on the surface we can be happy even if others are not. But I think it's temporary. I think one person's happiness and another's creates a broader, deeper, more sustainable_happiness. This yields not_too_far_of_stretch that kindness and communication and the like ultimately lead to complete happiness. To learn to love the process then becomes a journey where kindness itself is a pleasure.

g The reason, then, I see for death is actually an act of compassion by nature. In effect, only kindness has perfectly clean cells and therefore, eventually, only happiness can last forever in the system as a whole. There seems to be an inextricable link between kindness and intelligence. Ultimately, the highest_intelligence is completely awake forever and the only way it can remain so is in happiness. Life is infinitely creative such that it's spirit eventually finds a way to have fun. This effect is something I call grass_growing_through_sidewalk_cracks.

This is a theory I've been working on most of this life that I can remember even when I didn't know I was working on it.

I hope it serves you. If it is a delusion may it be a good one. Mayhaps it's better to do kind things for the wrong reasons than hurtful things for the right ones.
