Tonight the sky was actually free of clouds, and I could see Orion. He's back in my sky, and all is well. Also, crossing the lawn from my car to the door, my way was lit only by the moon. The grass was beginning to frost. Some one had given my yard a light sprinkling of silver sparkle. Living on a farm in Iowa may be boring at times, but others, the simple beauty is worth it. |
