the blue sky is bright absolute sun shining the face of the light illuminates glimmering brightness shimmering and all that is is all that is right i watch clouds meandering birds philandering green grass is flowing berries and flowers growing i drink from a cold fresh stream slaking my thirty thirst then relaxing, daydreaming of odd and fantastic things i eat of what the valley provides satisfy a hungery hunger then resting, sleepdreaming of strange and wonderful things i sit as the daystar sets and as the light fades the birds song turns to the crickets chirp i ponder as a deep stillness sets over the valley a telling quiet calmness so unsure but yet quite sure i stare blind in the dark night and i become aware of stars and moonlight my eyes slowly adjust i see the clouds form again but darker now, fuller in a quick moment calm turns to a downpour the black sky is wet absolute rain cleansing the hands that are washing precipitates glimmering wetness shimmering and all that is is all that is right i think without this it would all turn to dust dirty dry dust i build light a small fire in a safe dry place then run out into the rain anyway i dance of light and of hope carefully and carefree because all that i have is all i need, a simple decree i have myself i have food i have water i have warmth i have shelter this is all i need the sun grows the rain grows the moon grows the soil grows the fire grows the self grows and all that is right is all that is right
