"i want to know everything!" yelled the vain little man so he built a computer, to catalogue his thoughts, to chart his thinkings. soon, the computer knew more than he did. he would have to enter the computer, if he was to experience omniscience. but upon doing this he was lost, entirely. he was no longer himself. he was no more, dead without having died. the computer soon became so large it needed to reorganize itself it built a heart which distributed energies a stomach, which processed fuels, and a brain which catalogued the already catalogued bits of knowledge. but there was so much ... there was no limit. soon, the computer was overwhelmed by the sheer endlessness of potential knowledge. it multiplied itself, hoping to gain more knowledge thusly. most of the computer's children were happy to simply be, to explore the surrounding endlessness in their own, semi-effective ways. but one vain little computer yelled, "i want to know everything!" so it built a man ...
