it's not that hard to figure out, if you're bent on it, because it's not some riddle for you to solve, it's just something i see happening here that is similar to a tactic that another group of people insists on using.

wolves among sheep is a book about the control a certain religious community has on it's people. it's a very good read, too, i might add. it answers a lot of questions the group's members would never.
i'm sure if you type it in the 'exact phrase' in google's advance search, the mystery will be solved as you'll probably get an amazon.com listing for this book as the first site. (maybe, i don't know...)
what has been going on here reminded me of that, and it has no other connotation.
i think it's unacceptable to criticize anyone's religious choices. but i think it's more than fair to criticize someone's approach when they hand out blather pamplets, like the people at the market, who refuse to leave you alone until you agree to go to their 'meetings'.
like what you like, but don't get agressive when someone says, 'no thanks, friend' to an offer...
