Crab_Quiche: 3 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 oz cream cheese 6 oz crab meat 1/2 tsp Old_Bay 9" frozen pie shell all mixing can be done by hand with a fork soften the cream cheese (about 1 minute at half power in the microwave) IMMEDIATELY fold in 1 egg (gives a smoother texture - the cream cheese gets "clumpy" if you don't) mix in 2 remaining eggs and cream until smooth mix in remaining ingredients (cheddar, crab, old bay) pour mixture into the 9" pie crust preheat oven to 350F bake for 35 minutes let stand to cool for 10 minutes and serve |
