unhinged i take 1200 iu of vegan vitamin d with my lunch before work which usually consists of a nice plate of curry fried quinoa. the lady at the natural pharmacy said to take vegan vitamin d with plenty of fat for maximum absorption.

sun is generally scarce where i live at this time of year. but the other day i was standing at the busstop and got a full on dose of pale strong winter sunshine. i felt like a lizard on a rock; smiled, closed my eyes, and tilted my head upwards, shaking out my sizable locks.


(i'm not sure if it's the unusually high amount of energy my supplement combination gives me or that vitamin d is a natural antidepressant or if my life has finally caught up with me in a good way or all of those)
