since tara moved out, this guy lee moved in. he seemed all well and fine, a normal guy. he moves in, and we never see him. ever. i did the same thing when i moved in so i figured it would wear off. november, december, january... never has. he keeps his door closed. we used to all keep our doors open unless we were sleeping/doing something private. when he comes home he goes directly into his room. we get late notices because he doesn't oay his rent on time.
one good point: when i was sick and went to the store where he works at, he gave me all sorts of stuff to make me feel better. later, asked how i was doing.
newest bad point: the newest roomie and i were both missing dvds. i call everyone who might have them. no luck. i want to ask lee but he has no cell phone and i might not run into him for another week! so, feeling guilty, i went in his room. there it was. along with a broken glass of mine. shayne's dvd was in there too.
also bad:the power bill is still in tara's name. lee said he would switch it over a month ago. we keep getting more bills in tara's name.
i don't fucking know what to do with this kid. should i even be angry? should i kick him out?

I say, you can't act on the missing CD/DVD information, because that was a betrayal (you going into his room). Confront about the bills, ask about the CDs. You're a big kid now, you have to be able to have tough conversations.
