i'd point out to you that the spipulation in your securitized letter of credit/assignee was improperly worded and places an undue burden on you and your business partners shipping concern and makes the lender in effect a third partner, an owner of a larg portion of your property should a certain contingency that is common in transactions of this nature and especially with the country of your subordinate partners/customers.
