to drink the Kool-aid. Yeah, I'm not big on faith. But sometimes I envy the "true believers". The problem is, I envy all the true believers. It doesn't matter what they believe in. One belief is as good (or bad) as another. Just a skeptic at heart, I guess. But all those blithering, believers seem so content having an answer any truth in a storm I guess. And life is sure one hell of a storm. Sometimes I wish I didn't feel so foolish when trying to believe. |
