thinking that you've been up to nothing is part of the problem, you haven't-- you're only on a path. if you are on a path, chances are you are probably lost. and that's a long rumination to think on too.
the red hot compilations were made to raise money for AIDS research, and more primarily is my guess because how much money did they really make, raise AIDS awareness.
this is a much bigger deal than i had been thinking when i used to buy these compilations -- mostly what i am is somebody who tries to have good taste.
the big evil is one group thinking they are better than another. you can find yourself in any group at any time, particularly if you are lost and are good with people. my MO is assuming good taste will teach me things about how to be more ethical. i could tell you a yarn about dowries and bride price but that's really not necessary.
there are some who can't believe there is so much sorrow in the world, and they also have good taste, and that desperation combined with direction is going to remedy the situation. it's not a bad thought -- it's just that i don't agree that getting more power along these lines will actually help.
why? because i've run into quite a lot of people who deal in what i would call junk. they seem to know more about you than you know about yourself sometimes. why would they suddenly be using this stuff to manipulate and control you, when you just met? the answer is they have some kind of agenda (and you don't, which is why you are a variable that is a threat) and they have a perspective that they can't lose any ground on their agenda. they are desperate but it's not basic desperation it is agenda desperation.
i have four apologies about four turns in the road that i need to make-- sure i can come up with excuses for which people can readily forgive me for these mistakes but i just need to issue the apologies and say "mistake" "shouldn't have happened" i will do that soon and maybe it will be my blather_blue ending, because i can't truly get behind the name, the front page, the color or the titling (but the last because i won't do it nicely)
anyway, your path is like my path but i can definitely attest to being lost.
have you ever thought about insurance? that's a part of figuring out what a good path should be.
there's the karma yoga, the bhakti yoga, the jnana yoga and the raja yoga. if you can figure out which you are doing continue to don't pretend you are better than another group of people. don't do evil, google. if you need to purify your intentions investigate some topics and dowse for alignment. don't blame yourself. big forces with enormous budgets have their rights and entitlements and then their enemies will look the other way while some proxy carries out a proxy war and murders all of Yemen and also your nightmare sister's husband's cousin's neighbor because of too much porn going in the wrong direction just x that person and all will be more right in the world. except that's never right, and you shouldn't look the other way, and don't become a Target and don't trade in junk just see an ethic and a moral as a learning experience or, at most, a signpost (for the lost!)
i wouldn't take TV that seriously particularly if it makes you become a person who deals in junk. the problem with junk is it is prone to misleading people through confirmation bias. it's more neutral than you think, until it really does start to say something meaningful to you, years down the road. gotta go!!
if the family is also business is that nepotism? probably? that's not old business that i need to apologize for, though, there are four apologies that need to be made. and i can roughly make them here-- if people want incredibly rich and drawn out versions they can see me in person. not everybody wants the apology (because it stops the flow of information, or the "plot") but some should, IMO.
