you hadn't called like you said you would.
I waited around all day, but no call.
so, as the headache grew, I stayed inside and watched movies in my hotel room.
you called the next morning as I was leaving for home, and you said you had waited around for me at the place we were going to meet at, hoping I would have been at one of the events you had heard me talking about. When I wasn't at the one you thought for sure I'd be at, you told me you went to the next possible one you could come up with. And you looked all over for me. You couldn't find me. You searched and you searched, you said, but couldn't find me.
I never thought you would actually make an effort to find me like that...did something change?
either way, you should have called. Instead, you were waiting.
