a clever disguise CBT is like homework at first. Noting the things that made you anxious or negative. Then you formulate a positive response to tell yourself when those things happen or when you think negatively.

It helps stop your brain from spiraling. It also helped me to recognize that caffeine and sugars were exacerbating my problems and avoiding them has also helped dramatically. It even helped me relaize certain people that were giving my issues and how to deal with that. Using your mind to fight your mind. Interesting.

Also, try a daily B complex with time-released C. helps your brain with that "can't trigger" feeling I would get sometimes. 6 bucks for a hundred pills at the grocery store.
