How the fuck did I manage that? Like, I had zero plan or expectation to last much past thirty -- especially after the whole ketoacidosis incident (that first one, long ago). I was at peak nihilism. I don't know or think I'm more hopeful or optimistic, especially given the state of the world at large, but other than doing what a guy with no feet can do to keep kicking_against_the_pricks, I'm a lot more at peace with who I am (though certainly not all of who I've been) Kick_in_the_eye ,(oh!
