I'm new - I'm so glad I've found this page to ask some questions.
You say there's no rules - that's good, although I do worry about offending people.
I just try to be as polite as possible - hopefully that is enough.
I also want to know - can you start your own topics? I have some I want to start, but don't know how. Please teach me the ways of the force silentbob.
I aslo worry about people thinking I am a complete fool - not too much, don't get me wrong, I don't loose sleep over it.
It's just that I'm english and some times I think people on blather don't like the english.
I apologise for anything us Brits have done to you - I didn't mean to - it was my elders.
Um...I think that's it - I'll let you know if I think of anything else.

the idea of rules is funny. what makes this interesting is how everyone brings something different - your own sense of tact, humor, and what is or is not within your right to express.

I keep changing the field, but then it says,"Um, what kind of word is that?"
And there are two links. One takes me to the blather home page, the other to new dream's home page.
Please, help me - what am I doing wrong?

i believe that you are attempting to create a 'word' (topic) that is more than one word long. if so, then please know that spaces between words are NOT allowed. if you want to separate each word, then you must place an underscore_in_between_each_word.
example: zany_zed_rules
