find a pollen tincture...maybe at an herbalist last year during allergy season, one of my adult students was an herbalist that made this stuff called allerstat with local pollens. basically it's the same idea as a flu shot. you give yourself small doses of pollen everyday, and when ingested it causes resistance to it. a pollen tincture, a neti pot, and this natural nasal spray were my weapons. i need to get some more of that stuff... |
