yorkshire puddings are a sort of rich bun that goes well with gravy..and a roast. slightly reminiscent of an english muffin, but lighter.. heavier than a (regular?) muffin.. in order to cook them properly, you need to get the oven to a smoking temperature..a bugger to make..especially if paired with onion soup. you never stop crying. *shrugs* can't resist giving explanations from time to time. |
