the union label when you are buying a coat, dress, or blouse. (Is that the correct spelling of "blouse"- I can't even think of an alternate spelling; how about b. l. o. w... no, that won't work...) When you ask somebody "what's up?" and they say something like "the sky" - are they trying to be funny? Or is it just glib? I would rather they just say "nothing" if they don't want to tell you, or don't feel like talking. |
