subjective gibberish as "news". (note seeing the same phrases in news feed over and over)
The media states the protest crowds in Chicago this past weekend for the Nato/G8 summit
are small -- not true.
The protesters have converged in Chicago by the busloads from all around the country (courtesty of 99 Solidarity and National Nurses United). You will hear "hundreds" although the number is in the thousands. (estimate of 3500 is the highest in media i've found, though insiders say those estimates are very conservative).
You will hear that "protesters scuffled with police" Saturday night and "refused to disband".
Truth is that that crowd was penned in from EVERY side by police...one line of police pushing protesters into the other line of police. The protesters had NO ESCAPE. And once they were crammed into the police line, the Chicago police began a brutal assault on them, using the excuse of protesters "pushing" onto them, even though that was entirely orchestrated by Chicago police department.
Many were beaten.
2 fellow Occupy Detroit members, who Daf is traveling with, sustain injuries from police, one returning home with 8 staples from a crushing blow to his head.
Beware of news concerning "Black Bloc" violent protesters. Why do we hear of them at every large occupy protest?
It is well known that they are government plants,
implemented into protests to display protesters in a harsh light, to excuse excessive police force which would otherwise without Black Bloc actions appear to the public as ridiculously unjustified violent response to American right of peaceful voice and assembly.
As once again confirmed, the Revolution will not be televised, nor radioed, nor newspapered...nor even googled.
Dig deep and then deeper
for what's really going on.
