She made me a mother, and it sounds funny to say, but she really does make me want to make the world better for her. I hope to raise Joanna to respect not only herself and the people she's closest to, but also her world and the rest of the people who share it. I also want her to be able to recognize what is truly important in life, and to appreciate simple things. Teaching her the right way is the most important thing I can do. She's a beautiful girl; I have to keep her that way. |
