when you try to sit, still, you quickly realize that your mind is always racing. that it can get stuck on something irritating, that parts of your mind itch, lust, desire after things. or more literally you are in a room with other people trying to meditate where every little noise and movement is magnified by the stillness and an itch, on your nose, scalp, foot surfaces and your mind starts screaming at you to scratch but you don't want to move and disturb the people around you i kinda think yana was probably going in the more metaphorical direction with this one though |
