there was this kung_fu exercise a friend made available to me. I modified. Here goes:
see inside your belly a ball_of_light
(this is all the energy you have left)
inside the ball is a tiny dot of even brighter light.
Entour this dot until it appears larger as you have gone inside of it. Now inside of it you see another dot of even brighter light. You notice something interesting happening: the outer light is energYEThe inner light is intelligence.
As you go farther and farther into the core, you notice there is less energy but the brightness increases more than the energy dims.
find_ally there is infinite intelligence as bright as light can be, capable of any way or time. You can carry this light back with you into any situation. Willing to feel life, live forever as if it's your first_day_on_earth To know nothing and be pure spirit is the path to highest leverage.
