now a few words about so_and_so. i could like him, if i knew him. i could not like him. i could be very envious of him. i could have discovered a funky tree to bark up against a couple of years ago and i'm still refusing to give up the ghost. i would still be very dependent. he is much more free in some ways, but much less free in others. logistics are what gets this down. that, and the medium. the_medium_is_not_the_message, dear so_and_so. although as far as mediums go, pretty fortunate.
