That was the plan, from child hood to a year into my anthropology degree. I met people who had been a part of it, there are certainly some wonderful stories and good things done, but often the "help" is unwated and the peace corps workers are sometimes just not motivated about it at all so nothing gets done or it is done in poor quality.I am sure there are multiple sides to the story... I guess I just got bitter the more I read and heard about it. I guess it's what you make it into while you;re a part of it, maybe I should have finished my degree and joined.
