it always happens at least once this time of year: i get sick. usually just a quick cold, sometimes worse. i really hate being sick and congested and having a sore throat, etc., etc.; its just repulsive to me. so i take pills, tylenol cold, i think. no cold symptoms but now im sleepy and doped up (why do they have to put pseudoephedrine in this stuff!), which is also annoying. so which is it? miserable on drugs or miserable on illness? what dillemas. it occurs to me i should have gotten non-drowsy... |
