unhinged it's been awhile since
i was that depressed


every morning i wake up around 9am. some days i roll over and go back to sleep. but it never fails. i open my eyes and grab my phone to check the time and it's some variation of 9am. pretty much everyday. oversleeping makes you feel as shitty as not enough sleeping. my_very_own_yoga_year s have helped me find the natural balance and rhythm of my body.
