I've listened to 2500+ hrs of audio at a playback speed between 1.5-3.8 x's... saving about 3000 hours of my life. My retention is even better than listening to 1.0 because my mind just works at higher speeds. I don't have ADD, what I have is intelligence and if there's not enough interesting stuff happening in one location I'll fill in the spaces with more interests. Back before the wonders of windows_media_player, back in '95, as a lad I'd use those nifty microcassette_recorders. Playing one lecture into the other at 1.4x's and back to the other w a s imple way to hit 2.0, or cube it for 2.7. There's now an option on youtube to playback @ 1.5 or 2.0. (mozilla didn't work, use chrome) 1 Go to youtube 2 Scroll to bottom 3 Try something new 4 Fifth option down, under HTML5, click try_it_out 5 In new page it says what_does_my_browser_support. All three options need greed checks. Aight, back to my coffee and tea. |
