not as easy as it sounds i've spent years ripping off ribbons and always learning what layer was beneath at the moment, in odd irony, it takes clowns to scare me, not in the phobic sense but the pleasure of push, of reaching deep into what is in me, of letting it out without fetter or fear. it's not so difficult to be free when alone, though even that takes conscious relaxations of social sphincters. but on a stage, where the whole world can see you, who has that kind of courage, and can they teach me? |
