i get myself to yoga,
i pick the class with the WORST yoga 'teacher' i have ever come across-
and now afterwards, instead of feeling connected with my body, i am feeling LIVID that i and all those other poor people were subjected to this 'teacher's' instruction. I am going to write a letter of complaint/talk to the owners of the studio- this woman should not be let near anyone trying to learn yoga- look, im ranting i know, but i am angry. and to top it off, she had her shaggy black lab sit next to her mat during class- i thought it was for the old lady in the front because a seeing eye dog is the only reason i could think of as per why a dog would be in a yoga classroom- but it was hers. as i am pretty allergic to dogs, it was rather hard to do any fucking ugai breathing because i couldnt breathe through my nose. arghghghgh
